Guess what?? It's been 3 months since I started the Fitness calendar.
Have you been using it? 
How has your fitness journey been?
What are some challenges you are facing?

As for me, I have not lost much weight and that is because I have been  fairly busy with events and food is involved, the good thing is I have not gained any which is a win for me.
I have also been trying Zumba again and I like it. 
I am also going to start an Ab routine today so I am excited about that as well. 

Well I have the May Calendar up and running.
I just started using a planner so I will be adding this calendar in there.
I am definitely getting these stickers to go along with both, they are perfect.

Just check off what body part you are working on that day.
I also added a spot for your water intake. (8 cups water are recommended)
Write down your monthly goals on the bottom right.

  1. I will be printing and trying to dedicate myself to use it everyday this month. I haven't gained any weight as well but I need to step it up and get focused on reaching my goals. Im tired of BEING SICK AND TIRED... THANK YOU GABY

    1. Same here Meeka, I need to mix up my routines and try to trick my body.
      I also need to be better with food options.
