Guess what?? It's been 4 months since I started the Fitness Calendar.
Have you been using it? 
How has your fitness journey been?
What are some challenges you are facing?

As for me, I have not lost much weight and that is because I have been  fairly busy with events and food is involved, the good thing is I have not gained any which is a win for me.

Zumba was great, but I have missed last 2 weeks.
I tried the ab routine and it was a bit of a challenge, I did love the exercise though.
I can tell the AB routine will do it's job, my abs were sore but it was a good sore.

Well I have the June Calendar up and running.
I just started using a planner so I will be adding this calendar in there.
I am definitely getting these stickers to go along with both, they are perfect.

Just check off what body part you are working on that day.
I also added a spot for your water intake. (8 cups water are recommended)
Write down your monthly goals on the bottom right.
