Hi Again,
Well it's officially summer and I got sick, Can you believe it?
I was really sick for the beginning of July and still have a dry cough.
I was unable to create the July calendar in time but I just created it for you today.
I hope you were able to keep track on something else, so sorry.
I will try to create and publish these a bit earlier next time.
Well as for me remember how I mentioned I have been busy with events and such?
Well that means I gained some pounds, sad face.
I have booked a trip to California next month so I am using that as motivation to get back on track.
How has your fitness journey been?
Have you come hit a road block? If not what has helped you stay on track?
Well now that I have the July Calendar up and running.
I am now using a smaller planner to track my meals but I am still using this bigger calendar for all my fitness tracking.
I am still using these stickers to go along with both, they are perfect.
Just check off what body part you are working on that day.
I also added a spot for your water intake. (8 cups water are recommended)
Write down your monthly goals on the bottom right.
Click Fitness Calendar for your copy of the calendar.
