Hi Again,
Well it's officially summer and I have been preparing for my Vacation to California.
It will be my first time there and I on my list is definitely Disney and In & Out Burger.
Yes, I will be having Burgers lol. It is ok to have fun on vacation just remember after that you will have to hit the gym a little harder.

Well as for me remember how I mentioned I have been busy with events and such?
I decided that after my vacation I will be back to my schedule at the gym.

How has your fitness journey been?
Have you come hit a road block? If not what has helped you stay on track?

Well now that I have the August Calendar up and running.
I am now using a smaller planner to track my meals but I am still using this bigger calendar for all my fitness tracking.
I am still using these stickers to go along with both, they are perfect.

Just check off what body part you are working on that day.
I also added a spot for your water intake. (8 cups water are recommended)
Write down your monthly goals on the bottom right.

  1. Fitness calendars are so helpful! I find if I put a workout on my calendar I'm much more likely to stick to my training plan.
