How has it been going for you?
Have you kept up with the fitness goals?
Have you just started one this year?

I know everyone is on a different pace when it comes to fitness and I hope the Calendar helps everyone stay on track.

Well now that I have the fitness Calendar up and running.

Just check off what body part you are working on that day.
I also added a spot for your water intake. (8 cups water are recommended)
Write down your monthly goals on the bottom.
