Family Day with the Chicago Bulls

Family time is very important in my house and we try to do it as much as we can.
Some of the things we do on family days are:
 Eating out, going to the movies, bowling, and sporting events.
One of my kids favorite things to do is going to the Chicago Bulls Games.
We have been to 3 games this season and hope to make it to some more.

        I know it's mid November and Thanksgiving on Thursday which means busy schedules.
        Not to mention Christmas and and New Years and Kwanzaa.
        With all this going on I am sure we are busy and often put aside our fitness goals. 
        To help with this busy season I have decided to give you the calendar months for 

        I am also including the clothing list from last month as you can put these on your Holiday Wish list.


        Well now that I have the fitness Calendar up and running.

        Just check off what body part you are working on that day.
        I also added a spot for your water intake. (8 cups water are recommended)
        Write down your monthly goals on the bottom.
