Quick Chicken Dinner with Gold Peak Tea

It is summertime and that means I am always on the go with the kids.
I work full time 830 to 5pm and our errands are usually done after that.
Errands usually range from groceries, piano/basketball practice to laundry and cooking dinner.
With a full plate I am always on the hunt for some quick dinner recipes.

Quick Chicken Dinner with Gold Peak Tea at Jewel

This past Monday I was very busy and had little time to cook a full dinner so I headed to Jewel to pick up something quick to eat.  As soon as I walked in I spotted the Rotisserie meal deal that included 2 sides, dinner rolls and a drink.  This was perfect because eating lighter and healthier is definitely a goal my family and I have set for each other this year. I was excited to put together a good meal for us in a matter of minutes.

Rotisserie Chicken Dinner

Now to put this meal deal together, I asked the employees which sides were available, there were quite a few but I wanted to pick some that were not fried. I ended going with some Mashed Potatoes and Potato Salad, yes I know two potato sides? Well I need options to satisfy different taste buds. Now on to the drink, the deal was shown with a Diet Coke but the employee said I could pick up any Coca-Cola drink.  I was very excited because that included Gold Peak® Tea it was super hot out and all I could think about was a nice cold glass of tea. Check out all the options for the meals here.

Printable Fitness Calendar for June via www.gabyramos.com

Hi Again,
Well it's officially summer and I got sick, Can you believe it?
I was really sick for the beginning of July and still have a dry cough.
I was unable to create the July calendar in time but I just created it for you today.
I hope you were able to keep track on something else, so sorry.
I will try to create and publish these a bit earlier next time.

Well as for me remember how I mentioned I have been busy with events and such?
Well that means I gained some pounds, sad face.
I have booked a trip to California next month so I am using that as motivation to get back on track.
How has your fitness journey been?
Have you come hit a road block? If not what has helped you stay on track?

Well now that I have the July Calendar up and running.
I am now using a smaller planner to track my meals but I am still using this bigger calendar for all my fitness tracking.
I am still using these stickers to go along with both, they are perfect.

Just check off what body part you are working on that day.
I also added a spot for your water intake. (8 cups water are recommended)
Write down your monthly goals on the bottom right.
Here are some binders , sheet protectors, or stickers you can use with your calendar.
Click  Fitness Calendar for your copy of the calendar.
Don't forget to let me know in the comments if you print and use it, I'd love to know your thoughts.
